Scope and Contract Priority
All services are scope-based and governed by written proposals, statements of work, estimates, or service agreements accepted in writing. If this policy conflicts with signed contract language, the signed contract controls for that project.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by an authorized project contact.
- Requested schedule changes are subject to crew availability, site access, and third-party coordination.
- If work has started, completed work and documented project costs remain billable under the signed agreement.
- If work has not started, any applicable fees are determined by the signed agreement and documented pre-mobilization activity.
Refund Review and Processing
- Refund eligibility is determined by the signed agreement, invoiced scope status, and supporting project records.
- Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and may require additional documentation from the client.
- When approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method where available, subject to payment processor rules.
- Processing times vary by bank and payment platform after the refund is issued.
Disputes and Resolution
If you believe an invoice or charge is incorrect, contact us promptly with project details and supporting records so we can review and resolve the issue in good faith. We aim to maintain clear communication and documented resolution steps.
