Scope and Engagement
Services are fulfilled according to written proposals, statements of work, accepted estimates, or other signed service documentation. Work outside the agreed scope requires written authorization.
Scheduling and Access
- Project start and sequencing are scheduled based on confirmed scope, site readiness, and access windows.
- Work can be phased and coordinated around active operations, tenant occupancy, and safety requirements.
- Schedule windows may change due to site conditions, permit-related constraints, or third-party dependencies.
Delivery and Completion
- Work is delivered according to the documented scope, agreed sequencing, and applicable project standards.
- Closeout may include walkthrough support, punch-list response, and turnover-ready handoff steps where included.
- Any final acceptance criteria are governed by the signed project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide authorized site access and project contacts for coordination.
- Disclose known constraints that can affect safety, scope, or schedule.
- Coordinate owner, tenant, GC, or facility approvals required to perform the work.
Changes and Delays
Site conditions, concealed conditions, scope changes, and third-party coordination may affect timeline and fulfillment sequence. We document material impacts and coordinate revised execution steps in writing.
